README -- how to create and maintain FAQ-java-linux.sgml.

1. You need sgml-tools-0.99.0 installed. Later versions will
   work, but will require different arguments in the Makefile.
   See http://www.nllgg.nl/SGMLtools for more info on SGML tools.
2. Keep in mind that SGML Tools depends on TeX. The Makefile here
   uses LaTeX 2.09.
3. Use the (very primitive) Makefile to generate the .html and .txt files.
4. You'll need Perl installed to run the ./hack* scripts that add
   images to the .tex and .html files.

Redistributing the FAQ is encouraged as long as its original location
and author information are retained. Please help us to add to the FAQ!
